The Company operates largely in London and the Home Counties but is equally able to work anywhere within the UK. It is this attention to detail and strong customer focus that sets the Company apart from its competition and ensures that you can receive the highest possible levels of service. | | Oliver Johnson | | Karen Rook | | Oliver Johnson has been in the washroom industry for over 12 years now, with experience in both sales and service. Oliver sculpted his leadership skills in the Royal Engineers and took with him the discipline and application that the army teaches you to move onto a successful career in the business world. After brief dalliances with both the construction and automotive industries Oliver moved into the Washroom industry and became the top sales person at Alphasan. After Alphasan were sold and began being diluted into a faceless corporation, Oliver and his business partner believed strongly that the customers deserved a more personal service and started ABC Hygiene with the emphasis on Customer Service and quality provision of product. In his spare time Oliver is a committed family man, who enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and recently achieved a Black Belt from the Combat Academy UK. | | Karen Rook began her Washroom Industry career as a Consultant with Rentokil in 1988. Karen worked her way from her opening position to Sales Manager for Alphasan. Alphasan's acquisition by PHS led to a change in business ethic from customer focussed service towards aggressive corporate market exploitation. This change gave Karen the incentive to work together with Oliver Johnson to set up ABC Hygiene allowing her to continue her belief in customer service, quality deliverables and the ability to service each customer in a unique and personal manner. Since then ABC Hygiene has grown steadily despite the rapid changes for the UK economy. ABC Hygiene has recently moved to a new premises in Hertfordshire which allows them to provide an even better service and continue to show that the priorities on which the company were created are still as relevant now as they were then. |
